There's not a whole lot of action or thrills for a movie marketed as an action thriller (the original trailer even used an explosion shot lifted from Ghost Rider), but the conspiracy plot is interesting and unique even if extremely implausible and the actors give it their all in a plot that jumps around between slow and frantic.
