Looks good, but it's too cliched to be a winner. The first few minutes contain some painful dialogue, but that's soon replaced by obvious action. There's some meat there in the middle somewhere, but the ending is limp and wholly unsatisfying.
The film may try to explain it all away with a line about how fiction has to make sense while the truth does not, but I think this film forgot which side of that line it's actually on. Skip it.
