Review of The International (2009) by Philip Z — 10 Oct 2013
Usually, I'm a fan of director Tom Tykwer, and I'll love anything he puts his name to: Cloud Atlas, Perfume, and Run Lola Run are all excellent films. This film doesn't even feel like it was made by Tykwer.
It doesn't have any of the visual flair, or inventive storytelling that made those other three films so good.
