Review of The Intern (2015) by Markvantpark — 27 Dec 2015
I think this is a very interesting item to make a movie about.
But I must say the subject has not been worked out to satisfaction.
It leaves you behind with much disappointment.
Must be said, that this movie is totally carried.

By the big shoulders of Robert De Niro.
Who only performs'good', nothing more.
A better idea would have been, to take any funny actor,.
And make a great comedy about this subject.
An idea for another director.
'Ben' the intern says he fills his life only with ordinary things.
He shows how 90 % of the people are led and governed by 10 % leaders/decision makers.
These people would be lost in their lives, without a leader, a person to tell them.
What to do, in the first place their wives, = that is the situation of 'Ben' also.
That's the storyline, the rest is fill in, with clichés !
It is true, the film is really searching for it's end and ends in the most ordinary fashion,.
In the middle of the story = 'at the end all was well and fine'. Stop,.
Ridiculous.
