Critics sometimes miss the point of a film. Sometimes a movie doesn't need to be deep and complex. Sometimes it needs to be real and warm, which is what The Intern is. It's somehow more "honest" than other similar films.
General likability and the chemistry between Anne Hathaway & Robert De Niro is unmatched.
