The writer/director has obviously too much of the LA New Age thing that she wants to translate this for the NY audience. Watchable and Deniro & Hathwy definitely connect -- but darn it does she have to CRY so much and be such a "raging bitch" at the same time? Silly segways such as "steal your mom's computer" is just, well, silly and unnecessary, so is exploiting all the cliches (tho much true) about the millenials.
