Review of The Insider (1999) by Hawk L — 19 Aug 2009
Riveting true story and pure class, juggling corporate responsibility, ethics and professional honor. One of the best whistleblower dramas ever made. Al Pacino calls upon some of his acting standards but also displays a prickliness and smug self-righteousness to balance out.
Russell Crowe pulls off a transformation that has to be seen to be believed.
