Review of The Insider (1999) by Brenton A — 24 Aug 2008
Many people may find this movie to be a bit long and boring, but I enjoyed every minute of it. While there is not much plot to speak of, the dialogue is fantastic and you never lose the sense that this is truly based on actual events.
Al Pacino is outstanding in all his ranting glory, but he may actually by overshadowed by an especially compelling performance from Russell Crowe.
