Review of The Insider (1999) by Familiar S — 10 Jan 2010
About 45 minutes too long with Michael Mann's melodramatic synthesizer soundtrack, uber-cool blue and orange (I think--damn colorblindness!) washouts, and requisite Diane Venora meltdown; however, the screenplay is riveting and the performances are awesome.
Bruce McGill gets a great sceen with the loudest yelling so even Al Pacino is good!
