Review of The Innkeepers (2011) by Jorge R — 17 Oct 2012
Ti West films have a unique style and they're usually slow burners that are worth the investment for the horror and shocks slowly building throughout the film. This one however seems to have lost it's way.
It moves too slowly and it's only when the credits start rolling you realise that it wasn't really worth the wait. There are a few scares but this is not the horror I was expecting from the director of the far superior House of the Devil.
