It feels like a Jared Hess movie, at least at the start, with lots of random moments that add to the story without having anything to do with the story. I thought that Mark, again, early on, showed a lot of illogical thoughts, that though an exaggeration, poked fun at the thought process of a lot of normal people.
The movie slows as it goes along though, and it almost felt like they wrote part of the script, then were rushed to just conclude the story, because it seemed like far less thought went into what began as a very clever piece.
