Soul Food meets The L Word! Ok, Nicole Parker did not convince me of her being a lesbian, sorry. Laurel Holloman playing a tomboy is a bit odd. Together it's so...? This is another bubble-gum, pop teen movie.
It's not love; itâ??s merely an infatuation, puppy love. The ending is weak, even though I loved the cinematography in last scene. Average job done.
