Review of The Incredibles (2004) by Anthony K — 19 Jun 2018
You literally know everything you need to about the characters based on which stereotype or archetype they represent. There's almost no *character* to them beyond that (don't be fooled by a famous voice).
The action is pretty weak, too - the climx has the family facing off against a second, more meaner version of the generic robot ball thing Mr Incredible fights earlier. How lazy is that? Oh my god can we talk about Violet's voice.
I'm pretty sure thats what my nightmares in hell will sound like. I honestly kind of hate this movie.
