Weird Don Knotts comedy blends live action and animation to tell the story of Henry Limpet, a man who loves fish. That is weird enough, but Limpet actually becomes a fish. Even weirder, this fish winds up aiding the Allies against the Nazis in WWII.
This film will best entertain the kiddies, or a person who is medicated enough to get something profound out of it.
