Not that this says much, but it's an upgrade on the one they made 5 years ago. A major upgrade. However, that doesn't make it a great movie. Maybe I'm just not that into Hulk as a comic book character .
.. but I just didn't think much of this. And who knew Edward Norton was hard up for cash? No clue how they wrangled him into this. They did some nice things special effects-wise, but there's just nothing new being brought to the table in this.
It's just the same old comic book character story with those same cliches.
