Review of The Incredible Hulk (2008) by Edd J — 26 Jun 2013
The Incredible Hulk is rebooting the visual and emotional punch to the gut delivered by Ang Lee's Hulk, which was good, just kind of a mess really. This reboot is filled with some serious action, it addresses all it needs for a Hulk movie and is a really good time.
If I had some problems is that the effects look a tad out of date and I wanted more out of the Bruce Banner character; although I am grateful that we get the backstory in small scenes than having a first act dedicated to it.
Still, a good movie nonetheless.
