The Hulk moments are always outshone by Edward Nortons Bruce Banner, who portrays the tortured sole really well. The final fight ends way too soon, and doesnt leave a great impression on the film, where Tim Roth was far more watchable than his cji villian! Where the special effects fail are countered by good performances.
