Review of The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013) by Billy E — 25 Jul 2013

In many ways I think three stars is being favourable towards this movie. It isn't good, and there really isn't anything funny about it. It isn't a story worth telling and sadly is James Gandolfini's last work.

Its pretty poor. It was nice to see Jim Carrey be Jim Carrey again, but his character has little to no reason for even being there. But then there really isn't a point to this movie. It just keeps going and going and has a surprising amount of animal cruelty moments that are totally unnecessary.

But then again, the whole thing seems unnecessary. Except I had "Abra-Abra-Cadabra" stuck in my head for days! Still do!
