Review of The Imposter (2012) by Tomás M — 20 Jan 2013
The Imposter is a true story about a con artist who imposted his way to an unsuspecting family which has lost their own son. To know that this film was actually not a mockumentary really shocked me, I've never seen anything so creepy.
I never know how is easy it is to impersonate someone until I watched this film. How can someone allow this criminal to even be featured in the film is just shocking. The editing and the score were great too.
The best part about the film was the twist at the end, a documentary with a twist! Can you believe it? It should have been nominated for best documentary.
