This story is so bizarre you keep telling yourself, this can't be true, and just when you think you know the direction it's going and that you understand the people that are in it, you have the rug pulled from under you.
The reenactments serve to ramp up the tension and the talking heads grab your attention to a point where you have to decide what the real outcome is from their testimony.
