Review of The Impossible (2012) by Stewart H — 10 Aug 2013
Very moving and powerful film about one families experience during the tsunami of 2004. Naomi Watts is excellent as an injured mother just trying to hang on, and McGregor is his normally very solid self as the dad searching for his family.
The standout here is Tom Holland as the oldest son desperately trying to keep his mother alive. An excellent film. Well worth a watch.
