This is the film that began, not only the career of Russ Meyers, but also made the Nudie Cuties big business. Bill Teas is kind of like a low rent version of Jacques Tati, that is if Mon Oncle was actually a peeping tom.
Tame by both today's standards and where Meyer's career eventually took him.
