Review of The Imitation Game (2014) by Numbermaniac — 10 Jan 2015
Benedict Cumberbatch brilliantly depicts Alan Turing, and several times it felt like he actually was Alan Turing and not just an actor. His emotions and actions throughout the movie are terrific and the movie really gives detail into the cracking of the Enigma code.
Unlike other movies I've watched, this movie was constant action, even in the sadder parts towards the end. None of this annoying whispering you can't hear that you get in some movies, and no slow or boring bits, this just keeps going until the end.
A fine movie to watch in my opinion.
