Review of The Imitation Game (2014) by Jess_Hill — 11 Jul 2015
A magnificent film. Impeccable and moving performances from Cumberbatch and Knightley bring this tragic and compelling story to life. The storyline was always going to be fascinating, and this is paced very well, with a thorough and considered script enabling what could be a somewhat 'been there' war drama a more poignant note.
I'd suggest you take tissues to this exceptional film that is a beautiful, polished and considered tribute to a phenomenal mind. 9.18/10.
