Review of The Imitation Game (2014) by Richard S — 12 Sep 2015
What could have turned out to be a somewhat dry film concerning a mathematician breaking an unbreakable code turns out to be quite the adventure and it's all down to the strong central performance Benedict Cumberbatch gives as Alan Turing.
The story jumps between his school days, war days and post war where he is arrested. It's a tragic tale but one that is told brilliantly about the man and his team who helped to win the Second World War and were then forgotten about.
