Review of The Imitation Game (2014) by Dartboard — 11 Mar 2015
Thoroughly entertaining, and in no way feels like a history lesson. It's an actual story that thoughtfully approaches the idea of overcoming adversity, only for it to tragically gain the upper hand. Alan Turing is a crucial figure; one whose legacy still echoes today.
This movie does his life -- his story -- justice, while still serving as a great time at the cinema. Technically sound, and boasts a lot of heart. See it.
