Visually beautiful mess of a film...It seemed to be a statement from Gilliam..."Look at my film! I am so artsy!" I suppose people will eat it up anyway and declare it as being deep and intelligent.
To me it was a waste of money and a let-down. Bravo to the actors who did a fine job with the mess they were given to work with.
