Review of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) by Angie I — 22 May 2011
Interesting story of dealing with the devil. I thought they found a clever way of adjusting to Ledger's death.
I kept looking for deeper meanings in the imaginarium, but after the fourth viewing, I don't think there are any.
Very good cast, particularly Tom Waits, he just had that certain je ne sais quoi in his portrayal of the devil. Johnny Depp was my favorite Tony. He was the least smarmy.
