Review of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) by Ben H — 18 Nov 2011
Not going to be the movie that Ledger will be remembered for, but another window into the mind of Gilliam and his Monty Python style of comedy. I have to praise GIlliam for his ability to take a step away from the usual formula that we see delivered from Hollywood.
Each of the characters are given depth; not one stands out as the lead and the sets are trully the image of dream and imagination.
