Review of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) by Aaron C — 04 Feb 2012

Gilliam is just strange behind the camera and I love it. His angles and takes on the way his vision goes is nothing short of great. And the hype this got with Ledgers(RIP...great actor) last performance is good.

I did love the way they incorporated his friends in helping him and working them into the story to where it made sense. Like the Crow was unfinished with Lee not being there (not a great actor though) I was concerned how this was going to pan out.

I enjoyed the story and its more involved with Plummers character then anything else really. A nice watch.
