Review of The Illusionist (2010) by Slappy M — 20 Feb 2011
The Illusionist is one of those movies that went out of its way to be artsy. There is a complete lack of dialogue and all of about 20 words are uttered in the entire movie. You can still tell what is going on but it makes things terribly boring to just deal with the little interactions.
The Illusionist has been getting good reviews but this is just one film that didn't work for me.
