Review of The Illusionist (2006) by Ker Malkin G — 15 Jun 2013
When one discusses The Illusionist, it is often compared with The Prestige - for obvious reasons. But out of the two, I have to confess that The Illusionist proves to be less predictable and more enthralling than The Prestige.
It's a beautiful movie, deeply intriguing, laced with heartfelt romance and an ending that blew my mind. Edward Norton, one of the most underrated actors in Hollywood (in my opinion) proves to be a real gem and a hero you can believe in.
