Review of The Illusionist (2006) by Loy M — 27 Jul 2013
Given Edward Nortons poker face personality, Paul Giamatti's unpredictable whiff, Jessica Biel Seductive Charm and Rufus Sewells Psychotic Voice, Director Neil Burger combines all these elements to give you a rather Alfred Hitchcock's Styled Story that is not only well-directed and scripted beautifully; the unpredictable storyline, the authentic production capped off with great performances by the supporting crew make it a movie you would not just enjoy but stay glued to the movie just to know what happens in the end.
A truly enjoyable movie that makes you wish it never ended.
