Review of The Idle Class (1921) by Jonathan S — 14 Feb 2012
Charlie's The Idle Class is more comedy than pathos, which is different than the caliber of his comedy/pathos masterpieces. It's hilarious with some brilliantly funny gags, but most hardcore fans will be left wanting by the time The End flashes on the screen.
It's a good time, so there's no doubt that you'll enjoy yourself, I just wish that I could see more of what made his masterpieces, so... masterpieced...
