Review of The Identical (2014) by Sandy P — 08 Sep 2014
I saw "The Identical" the first opportunity I could. Even though every review I had heard for this movie was thumbs down, I wanted to see for myself.
My heart was breaking for the young mother giving up her baby as she felt called to do. You were soon smiling at the cute young man tapping his toes and singing his Bible verses to please his father. The resemblance to young Elvis was there, but nothing was said or mentioned of him. The story captivated me as I wondered if Ryan would discover his "identity". I loved the movie. I loved Blake Rayne's acting, and cute little things he would do. Such as the scene where he walked into the beauty shop unaware of how handsome he was, and drawls his southern accent "hello ladies" I loved it! It it is a wonderful movie and if it ever comes out on DVD I'll be first in line to buy that too!
