Review of The Iceman (2012) by Thee Chad S — 31 May 2013
In any other actor's hands, this movie would not have been as enjoyable. Thankfully, Michael Shannon does 'ice-blooded-serial-killer' in just one glance, what many actors cannot convey in an entire movie.
The movie is a biopic of the infamous 'Iceman' that killed over 100 individuals for various organized crime families - and bragged about it on '60 Minutes'. The movie is good, but not great, as it fails to give the audience any new insight into the mind of the maniac.
Overall, it's worth a watch because of Shannon's icy stare and angry scene chewing...
