Review of The Iceman (2012) by Chad W — 12 Aug 2013

This movie was terrible. Anybody who claims this is a great gangster film is a moron. Not only does the movie lack in the acting(stuffed full of famous actors that bring nothing to their roles) Franco is in the movie for a total of 3 minutes most if which he's either crying or trying to seduce a young girl, the nino gag I role of the film "Leo" was a complete fictionalization of what actually took place.

They completely change the movie up from what occurred, they condense a 50 year period into 10 years and attribute acts to different characters that had nothing to do with the actual act. I.e. the Gemini method is attributed to Mr.

Freeze and kuklinski, iceman only works for demeo which is untrue, he worked for everybody. They neglect to really capture the reality of the actual story, instead this a remixed made up pile of shit.

And gandolfini would've been a better fit for the character, he actually looked a lot like kuklinski. 3/10 for a terrible storyline, terrible use of acting talent, and thanks for releasing it in 5 out of 10 million theaters brilliant way to build suspense for a clearly shitty movie and anyone that thinks this movie is good hasn't either read the books or seen the interviews or just lacks the ability of common sense.
