Review of The Ice Storm (1997) by Firas M — 05 May 2008
Wonderfully dysfunctional. perfectly captures upper-middle-class 70's New England. Like a film version of stuffwhitepeoplelike. Oh, also Ricci's hot despite the chubs and the (apparent) shamelessly young age.
"I have a husband. I don't particularly feel the need for another.".
"You have a point there.
That's a very good point.
We're having an affair. Right.
An explicitly sexual relationship.
Your needs, my needs.
You're absolutely right.".
