In the wake of "Star Wars" every studio was greenlighting sci-fi films. So we end up with this comedy sci-fi flick that rips off everything from "Star Wars" to "Alien" to "The Road Warrior.
" Heck, even the rapid aging sequence at the end is right out of "Yellow Submarine," of all films. Most of the jokes don't work and the rest is pretty cheezy.
