"The Ice Harvest" definitely wants to be in the Coen Brothers league of great comic crime noir, but usually reliable director Harold Ramis ("Caddyshack") curiously doesn't seem to have any flare for the dark side of comedy.
Everyone here has and will see better days ahead.
