Review of The Hurt Locker (2008) by Henry F — 14 Jan 2014
A truly amazing war epic that depicts one of America's most complicated conflicts. Following an Army bomb squad, this action-filled film is one of the best in many years. It's superb performances, especially by the lead Jeremy Renner ("The Avengers") , director Kathryn Bigelow's fantastic artistic talent, and the pure audacity that this one rises too is unmatchable.
It almost never falters in it's suspense and thrill, and always keeps the viewer on the edge of their seats. "The Hurt Locker" is a movie landmark of the 21st Century, don't miss out on seeing this one.
