Review of The Hurt Locker (2008) by Austin L — 03 Oct 2012
The Hurt Locker hits with the might of Spike Lee's Malcolm X, and the grit of Martin Scorsese's Taxi Driver. It depicts some of the most involving characters ever displayed in a war film through shots so intense and with so many cuts, you can't look away, even if you want to.
It is the best movie of the decade. Jeremy Renner couldn't have found a better venture to finally display his talent to the world.
