I am always a fan of any disaster movies and I will go see it even if it isn't the greatest. The people who made this probably didn't have a lot of money to make all the good CG for the Hurricane scenes but it was just meh.
It wasn't terrible but it could have been better. Story was ok and it has the tension going for the most part throughout the storm. I didn't know any of the actors either. There's one scene that probably would never happen in real life which is when they get sucked out of the mall.
I had mixed feelings about that one. Characters were ok and the finale on the lone highway with the trucks was just done average. Overall it was just ok. Not seeing it again though. Nothing really stands out in this.
