The Hurricane Heist is unbearably mediocre, the dialogue, character development and even the action and gunfighting and car races are all monotonous and bland, I don't even know if the movie is even about the hurricane anymore and just about stealing dirty, overused dollar bills and mindless talk about computer hacking ("WRONG CODE?!" "Somebody changed the code!") and the movie seems to care about making plot twists than plot components.
