I loved Denzel's performance here, quite possibly the best of his career. The story itself is powerful enough on it's own, however, when the director places the needed emphasis on Washington, this really becomes a tour-de-force of a film.
A tale of injustice, perserverance, and hope all in one solid package, The Hurricane really delivers where it counts.
