Review of The Hurricane (1999) by Hassan I — 06 Jun 2011
You need to read the book to know what an absurd portrait this is of someone's suffering. There is a lot of ambiguity over the court case, more not guilty than innocent, put it that way. This is a very one sided account of events.
As fiction it is entertaining as an analysis of the case, there's more to the story that was left off camera. I have no idea what went down but I know this is rose tinted.
