I love it when Charlize Theron dials up to 11 and chews all the scenery in sight, so seeing her reprise her role as the golden-feathered queen in this prequel-sequel was a delight. We've got Chris Hemsworth back as the titular Huntsman, plus Jessica Chastain and Emily Blunt as the live-action version of that ice queen from 'Frozen.
' The omission of Kristen Stewart as Snow White makes this an improvement over the original.
