Review of The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016) by Cameron M — 16 May 2016

I was a little disappointed with this prequel/sequel. I was looking forward to it, since I did actually enjoy Snow White and the Huntsman, but with a different director and new writers, I don't think it captured the feel or look of the previous film.

While the cast was great, I don't feel like they got the full potential with them. The film also changes the story with the Huntsman and his wife from the first film. In Snow White, Sara is killed when Eric is away in battle, but this film it is completely different. I also don't feel his character acts correctly compared to his previous development by the end of Snow White to the sequel part of this film.
