Though they could have definitely done a worse job, this sequel feels tired and uninteresting, in a universe that feels like it has offered us all it had. The performances for the most part are fine and Chris Hemsworth plays a good leading role, although incomprehensible at times.
In the end The Huntsman: Winter's War is a highly forgettable effort.
