Review of The Hunt for Red October (1990) by Robb M — 30 Jun 2011
OUTSTANDING. I can't believe how much this movie was incredibly acted and directed. I find it hilarious that Sean Connery didn't even attempt a Russian accent. It was compelling at best, I know Sean Connery best for his Indiana Jones III and James Bond.
Great actor. Alec Baldwin was also very good at his character. This is another interesting thing, Baldwin plays a CIA analist "Ryan". James Earl Jones plays his CIA director, and the entire movie is based off a novel from Tom Clancy.
VERY, strong connections I think with Clear and Present Danger. Overall though, The Hunt for Red October is something everyone should see.
